11 Aug Senator Chris Murphy visits COMRADITY
As you know, Senator Chris Murphy believes entrepreneurship and innovation are building blocks for a strong economy. In the U.S. Senate, he’s introduced two bipartisan pieces of legislation to incentivize angel investors to put more money into startup companies – the Angel Tax Credit Act and the Helping Angels Lead Our Startups (HALOS) Act. Startup companies create an average of 2 million jobs each year.
Senator Murphy is hosting a roundtable discussion on startups and small businesses in Connecticut on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at Comradity Strategy & Creative Resource Center in Stamford. Senator Murphy, Comradity members, and, local organizations will discuss ways that we can create, support, and sustain startups and small businesses in our state.
